Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use bookforms. By creating an account or booking through a bookforms page, you agree to them.
The service
bookforms gives businesses a booking page and tools to manage bookings. We’re still improving it, and features may change.
Your account
Keep your password safe and your email up to date. You’re responsible for what happens on your account and booking page. One account per business.
Trial, price and payment
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, the service costs $5/month, billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel any time; your page stays open until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments already made aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it. If a payment fails, your booking page is paused until it’s paid; your data is kept. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price.
Your content
You own what you put on your page. You let us store and show it so the service works. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for anything illegal, misleading or harmful; to send spam; or to collect data you have no right to. Don’t try to break, overload or get around the service’s security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Bookings
Each booking is between the business and its client. The business is responsible for its services, prices, cancellations and refunds. We’re not a party to it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own record of important bookings.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, bookforms isn’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or missed bookings, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Ending
You can delete your account any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
